However, a refund may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same course due to a technical error.

  • You are unable to access the purchased course even after a successful payment and confirmation from our support team.

  • Refunds can only be requested if you have not received course access within 24 hours of your purchase.

  • Refund requests must be made after 24 hours but within 7 days of the date of purchase

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
