Refund and Cancellation Policy

All products sold on our platform, including exam notes, current affairs materials, and study bundles, are digital products delivered electronically.

Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any product from Digi Learno, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


Digital Product Acknowledgement

By purchasing any digital product from Digi Learno, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital product.

Access to such content may be provided immediately or within the delivery timeframe specified on the product page.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to you, it cannot be returned.


1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once product access has been granted.

This is because:

  • Our products are digital files and study materials.
  • Digital products cannot be physically returned.
  • The value of the product is received immediately upon access or delivery.

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review the product description, exam category, and subject details before making a purchase.


2. Circumstances Where Refund Will Be Considered

Refund requests may be considered only in the following exceptional situations:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical issue, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

b) Product Not Delivered

If payment is successful but access to the purchased product is not provided within the delivery timeframe specified on the product page, and the issue is confirmed to be on our end, a refund may be considered.

c) Corrupted or Unusable File

If the purchased file is completely corrupted, unreadable, or technically unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.

d) Payment Deducted Without Order Confirmation

If payment is deducted but no order confirmation or product access is provided, and the issue remains unresolved after verification, a refund may be considered.


3. Circumstances Where Refund Will NOT Be Given

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing or downloading the product.
  • Claiming that the content did not meet personal expectations.
  • Purchasing the wrong product, subject, or exam notes by mistake.
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase.
  • Slow internet connection or device-related issues.
  • Failure to receive or access the product due to an incorrect email address, phone number, or other information provided by the customer.
  • Dissatisfaction arising from personal learning preferences, study strategy, examination preparation methods, or examination outcomes.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Requests submitted after the refund request period has expired.
  • Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or misuse of purchased content.

4. Cancellation Policy

Before Payment

You may cancel your order at any time before completing payment.

After Payment

Once payment has been successfully completed and product access has been granted, cancellation is not possible.

Digital products cannot be cancelled after delivery or access has been provided.


5. Failed Transaction – Amount Deducted but Order Not Placed

If your bank account, UPI app, wallet, or card has been charged but your order was not successfully placed:

  • Please wait 5–7 business days, as many failed transactions are automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway.
  • If the amount is not reversed within that period, please contact us with your transaction reference number, UTR number, or payment proof.

We will coordinate with our payment partners to help resolve the issue.


6. How to Request a Refund

If your case qualifies under Section 2 of this policy, please follow the steps below:

  • Order ID
  • Transaction ID / UTR Number
  • Product Name
  • Date of Purchase
  • Description of the Issue
  • Payment Proof (if applicable)
Step 3

Our support team will review the request and may ask for additional information if required.

Step 4

If the refund request is approved after verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.


8. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

This may include:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallet

Digi Learno does not provide refunds through cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods.
